The Casa Stellina lies in the beautiful mountain village of Montegrazie, to be reached from Imperia. In addition to its sand and pebbled beaches, Imperia also has a number of restaurants with typical Ligurian specialities to offer. The beautifully furnished apartment offers ample room for four people with its two bedrooms, which are accessed through a spiral staircase. The living room with wooden oven, kitchen / living-room with detached and comfortable living area are on the lower level, and the two bathrooms, one on each floor, complete the arrangement. The Mediterranean style decor gives it a particularly strong appeal and flair. You can have a great time on the three terraces while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea; you can also enjoy a fine evening barbecue with friends or family.

Imperia, cuarta ciudad de la Liguria, ha nacido como municipalidad en 1923 en unión de Oneglia y Porto Maurizio, dos centros del litoral de Poniente divididos por la desembocadura del río Impero. Los dos núcleos siguen siendo distintos a pesar de la unión administrativa y del desarrollo de la construcción. Porto Maurizio fue aliado de Génova desde el siglo XIII, mientras que Oneglia, que es la desembocadura natural para el mar del valle Impero, ha estado ligada a los Saboya desde 1576. Oneglia nace como pueblo en la Edad Media. Se puede visitar el palacio Doria, hoy transformado, donde nació Andrea Doria, y la iglesia de San Juan Bautista. Porto Maurizio, en un promontorio, se desarrolló como pueblo en los años después del 1000: el núcleo más antiguo es el llamado Parasio. Vale la pena visitar también la catedral y los palacios históricos.

The last 500 m to the Casa Stellina / Casa Stellina Due are done through a narrow, partially steep road with a hard concrete surface through the olive groves. Before that, a narrow area with a diameter of 2 meters at the narrowest spot has to be crossed at the centre of the village in Montegrazie.

Die Ausstattung war gut und vollständig. Es sollte vom Vermieter jedoch überprüft werden z.B. ob alle Lampen funktionieren Die Umgebung ist so schön,dass man überall tolle Restaurante und Geschäfte finden kann.

Die Ausstattung ist nahezu perfekt. In der Küche fehlen lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Schneidbrettchen und Küchenmesser. Ein paar mehr Pflanzen auf der Terasse wären schön. Wir fanden den Botanischen Garten (T.Hanburry) bei Ventimiglia und die mittelalterlichen Bergstädte wie z.B. Dolceaqua sehr sehenswert. Wer schnell ans Meer möchte, sollte eine Unterkunft direkt in den Küstenstädten vorziehen.

Es hat uns so sehr gut gefallen. Neben der gegenüberliegenden Kirche gibt es ein sehr schöhnes Restaurant.

We missed a vacuum cleaner. The only thing we could find was a broom. Take a roundtrip to the villages closeby. Go to Bussana Vecchia. We forgot to pay the cleaning money, so a couple of days later we sent the family a card with the money and some extra because we accidentally took a small spoon in our coffee pot. We hope they received our card, money and apologies.

Everything is so well explaned on your webpage. But there is a new restaurant between Imperia and Montegrazie: IL TESTO, Pizzeria Brasserie. Very good Pizzas, and the meat is fantastic. The beaches and restaurants at Porto Maurizio are very nice. Parking could be a little difficult. Visit to San Remo, we liked that very much. If you want to go to Ventimigglia on the market, take the train. No parking in the whole city. Thank you verry much for everyting and we will be back next year.

Eigentlich war alles OK. Der versprochene Grill stellte sich als offener Feuerplatz mit 'heißem Stein' heraus. Dies ist mit normaler Grillkohle nicht zu betreiben. Entweder sollte hier ein normaler Grill hin oder der ANzeigentext sollte verbessert werden. Ausflugstipp: Wandern, wandern, wandern...
